Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Riley Rental Works collects through hastingsportapotty.com and how it is used. Effective October 13, 2026.

What information does the quote form collect?

The quote form collects 7 items: delivery ZIP, phone number, delivery date, pickup date, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size. We use them only to prepare your quote and schedule delivery. We do not ask for card numbers on the website.

How is form data sent and stored?

Form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-processing service, which emails the request to us. Web3Forms processes the data under its own privacy policy. We keep quote requests in our business email and phone records only as long as needed for the rental and our tax records.

Do you share or sell my information?

We never sell your information to anyone. We share it only with the 2 services needed to run the rental, the form service and our card payment processor, or when the law requires it. We do not send marketing lists to other companies.

Does the website use cookies or tracking?

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and may use basic analytics to count visits, phone-button taps and form submissions. These tools can set cookies or log your IP address. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works.

How can I see or delete my information?

Call (402) 313-8043 or send a note through the contact page to ask what we have on file or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days. Records we must keep for taxes or open invoices are kept only as long as the law requires.
